Materials :


Eel 1 / 2 pounds
Sugar, salt and cooking oil to taste
Onion 10 cloves
3 garlic cloves
Java acids 1 tablespoon
5 bean chili
5 pieces of red chilli
Lime juice 1 fruit

How to make:


1. clean eel
2. eel split into 2 and then pounded
3. eel coat with lime juice mixed salt to taste
4. heat the cooking oil and fry until cooked eel
5. crushed red pepper and white, and red chili sauce, tamarind Java, sugar, salt until fragrant smell
6. enter the already fried eels mature
7. stir until evenly and ready to serve
